When logging in to CIC via the CIC CT Provider in the 4.5 Agent Desktop the error 'Logon error on call scripter Unable to obtain public key for StrongNameKeyPair' appears in a toast box.
This error can be thrown if IE settings are incorrectly configured. The most likely culprit is CallScripter not being added to 'Trusted Sites'. After adding to trusted sites, close IE, re-open, then go back to the options and check they have stuck. Some systems have custom settings that can revert back to defaults on page close, so just double check if you are sure you have changed the settings and the error is still popping.
