Link cannot be configured
Explanation
The Outbound Agent Desktop appears and the error 'Link cannot be configured' appears. The dialler is trying to pass a call to the agent that doesn't appear in CallScripter. Either the record has been completed or expired but the dialler hasn't updated the call state.
